Yo Voto Mejor (YVM) is a project by Movimiento Cívico Nacional (MCN) created to provide all Guatemalans with a space to objectively learn about the candidates for the 2023 elections. An informed vote can make a difference! Therefore, on this platform, the most important information about all the country's candidacies (mayors, deputies, and presidential duo) has been published, as well as multiple tools based on civic values that can help understand Guatemala's political system.
With this project, we seek the creation of strong institutions and the consolidation of a Democratic Republic. To achieve this, citizen participation is extremely important.
