Is the Constitutional Deadline important?
One of the functions of Constitutional Deadlines is to limit power and ensure the alternation in the exercise of public power recognized by the Constitution of a Republic.
On October 13, the new magistrates of the Judicial Branch should have taken office; however, they had not been appointed as the process for electing magistrates was suspended. To learn more about why it was suspended, we recommend reading: The A-B-C of the 2019 Nomination Commissions.
